Plaintiff vs. Chiropractic Physician in Sarasota County (State Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Sarasota County) – Case No. 2013-CA-005618NC. Plaintiff filed suit against his chiropractor for negligence alleging that during an adjustment the chiropractic physician fractured a titanium rod previously implanted in his arm. Plaintiffs case was dismissed with prejudice after completion of the depositions of the Plaintiff and the chiropractic physician.
