Dale T. Golden is an AV rated attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of professional liability and consumer law claims, including class actions. He is a nationally recognized authority on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and a published writer on industry topics.
In June 2016, Dale received ACA International’s Judicial Advocacy Award in recognition of his outstanding legal work on behalf of the credit and collection industry. Dale has been a member of ACA International’s Education Committee and chaired the Education sub-Committee for MAP attorneys.
Prior to founding the Firm in 2007, Dale worked at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, the nation’s largest purely insurance defense litigation law firm. At Marshall, Dennehey, his practice was concentrated on the defense of professional liability claims. In addition to representing lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, and stockbrokers, Dale was head of Marshall, Dennehey’s Consumer Law Group.
Dale received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1996. He has spent his entire career serving the credit and collection industries. Dale is admitted to practice in Florida and Wisconsin state courts, as well as Federal District Courts in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and the Eleventh and First Circuit Courts of Appeal.
