Tourtelot vs. Security Services of America – Case No. 8:11-CV-1008-T-27MAP. Middle District Plaintiff filed a negligent security case against the security company at the Pier in St. Petersburg after he was battered by three patrons of the Pier. Judge Whittemore granted Defendants Motion to Dismiss as there was no duty by the security company as alleged by the Plaintiff.
